Ultra Low Speed – High Torque
A compact drum motor solution developed for special applications that require a very low output speed and high torque. The motor and reduction system are integrated inside the drum shell, reducing external drive components and simplifying the installation.
Drum Motor for Lifting Applications
A custom drive solution for lifting applications, in which the motor, gearbox and magnetic brake are integrated within the drum. A compact structure is achieved while taking into account rope/groove geometry, high torque requirements, controlled low-speed operation and safe load-holding requirements.
Integrated Brush Drum Motor
An integrated-drive brush drum developed for industrial cleaning and brushing applications. Positioning the drive system inside the drum reduces the need for an external motor-gearbox, providing a compact and easily integrated solution.
Drum Motor with External Brake System
A custom drive solution developed together with an external brake system for large-diameter drum applications. The externally accessible brake structure provides ease of maintenance and service, while the integrated drive inside the drum preserves the compact layout.
Special Sealing and Pressure Solutions
Special Innovative Sealing System
Developed for demanding operating conditions, this special, modular sealing system can be configured to work under high or low ambient pressures, depending on the application requirement. Its multi-stage sealing structure protects the internal drum components from external environmental effects while also providing ease of service. Being able to replace only the seal/sealing group without dismantling the drum significantly reduces maintenance time and downtime costs.

Start-Stop and Custom Duty-Cycle Design
Custom Design for Start-Stop Operation
For applications with frequent start-stop, acceleration and deceleration cycles, operating conditions are evaluated through a detailed duty-cycle analysis. Taking cycle time, load/torque profile, start frequency, speed, thermal loading and dwell times into account, the motor, gearbox, bearing arrangement and thermal capacity are sized specifically for the application. This allows a bespoke drum motor design to be developed according to the actual operating cycle, rather than selecting a standard product.
High Power Applications (55 kW – 250 kW)
Drum motor solutions developed for heavy-duty applications requiring high power, from 55 kW up to 250 kW. High torque transmission, mechanical strength, bearing arrangement, gear life and thermal capacity are evaluated together, and the drive system is sized specifically for the application. Thanks to the integrated structure, a compact, durable and reliable drive solution is provided even at high power levels.
